XXXVI Legislatura del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, haci\u00e9ndose eco del sentir general de los habitantes del Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">12110.- Decreto N\u00famero 17, La Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente del H. XXXVI Congreso Constitucional del Estado, en uso de las facultades que a la misma le confiere la fracci\u00f3n II del Art\u00edculo 44 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado y de conformidad con el Ejecutivo del mismo, convoca a los integrantes del propio Congreso, a un per\u00edodo extraordinario de sesiones que iniciar\u00e1 a las once horas del d\u00eda veinticinco del presente mes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">12187.- Visto el parecer del H.
