XXXVI Congreso Constitucional del Estado en sesi\u00f3n de Per\u00edodo extraordinario celebrada el d\u00eda de hoy tuvo a bien aprobar los siguientes Puntos de Acuerdo con que termina un dictamen emitido por su Primera Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00famero 73, El H. XXXVI Congreso Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, se reforma el Art\u00edculo 309 de la Ley de Hacienda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00famero 74 La Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente del XXXVI Congreso Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, declara recinto Oficial el Cine Pineda de esta Ciudad para el s\u00f3lo efecto de que tenga verificativo la sesi\u00f3n de apertura del Primer Per\u00edodo Ordinario de Sesiones del H. XXXVII Congreso Constitucional del Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1067.- Secci\u00f3n Electoral: Junta Computadora, Municipio de Huichapan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">9916.- Visto el parecer del H. Cuerpo Consultivo del Departamento Agrario, sobre la solicitud para que se declare peque\u00f1a propiedad agr\u00edcola inafectable el predio denominado LA ESPERANZA Y PEREZ FLORES, propiedad de la se\u00f1orita Emma Coralie Honey Davis, de nacionalidad inglesa ubicado en el Municipio de Ixmiquilpan del Estado de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">266.- Visto el parecer el H. Cuerpo Consultivo del Departamento Agrario sobre la Solicitud del declaratoria Presidencial de Inafectabilidad de Peque\u00f1a Propiedad presentada por el Sr. Horacio Garc\u00eda, a favor del predio de su propiedad constituido por la FRACCION NUMERO TRES DEL LOTE NUMERO UNO DEL RANCHO DE OJO DE AGUA.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">7396.- Visto el parecer del H.
