Congreso local, aprobando los Presupuestos que deber\u00e1n regir el a\u00f1o de 1962 en los Municipios de Huehuetla, Tlanalapa, Ju\u00e1rez Hidalgo, Tolcayuca, Tizayuca, Cardonal, Ajacuba y Chapantongo, Hgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">5-868.- Decreto No. 10 de la Asamblea Municipal de esta ciudad, nombrando S\u00edndico Procurador al C. David Luce V\u00e1zquez.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto No. 11 de la misma Asamblea, autorizando al C. Presidente Municipal para concertar un pr\u00e9stamo con el Banco Nacional Hipotecario, por $8,100,000.00, para la pavimentaci\u00f3n de las calles de esta ciudad.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto No. 12 de la H. Asamblea Municipal de esta ciudad, autorizando al propio C.
