un diploma o cualquier otro testimonio; que ser\u00e1 Impuesto a alguna persona de nacionalidad mexicana en reconocimiento y nacionalidad mexicana en reconocimiento y nacionalidad mexicana en reconocimiento y honor a sus m\u00e9ritos pro haber destacado en el terreno de la cultura;
