53; 54, p\u00e1rrafo Primero y fracciones I, II, V, VI, IX y XII, y 55; se adicionan, un p\u00e1rrafo Segundo al art\u00edculo 1; un p\u00e1rrafo Segundo al art\u00edculo 2; los p\u00e1rrafos Segundo, Tercero y Cuarto al art\u00edculo 3; un p\u00e1rrafo Segundo al art\u00edculo 5; un \u00daltimo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 15; un \u00daltimo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 16; un \u00daltimo p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 18; se derogan los art\u00edculo 4, 36, 37, 38 y 51;
