N.) para cubrir el costo de construcci\u00f3n del sistema de alcantarillado de ese municipio, asimosmo se faculta al ejecutivo del Estado, para que se constituya en deudor solidario por cuanto al cr\u00e9dito enumerado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto No. 28.- Que autoriza al Ayuntameinto de Tizayuca, Hgo., para que gestione y contrate con el Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, el otorgamiento de un cr\u00e9dito, hasta por la cantidad de:172\u2019877.000.00 (CIENTO SETENTA Y DOS MILLONES OCHOCIENTOS SETENTA Y SIETE MIL PESOS 00\/100 M. N.) para cubri el costo de la ampliaci\u00f3n del sistema de agua potable para dar servicios a 2000 descargas domiciliarias, asimismo se faculta al ejecutivo del Estado, para que se constituya en deudor solidario, por cuanto al cr\u00e9dito enumerado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto No. 29 Que autoriza al Ayuntamiento de Progreso de Obreg\u00f3n, Hgo., para que gestione y contrate con el Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, el otorgamiento de un cr\u00e9dito hasta por la cantidad de: $152\u2019592,000.00 (CIENTO CINCUENTA Y DOS MILLONES QUINIENTOS NOVENTA Y DOS MIL PESOS 00\/100 M.
