Hgo., correspondiente al Ejercicio Fiscal 2002, por haber obtenido ingresos mayores a los presupuestados, en la Ley de Ingresos original, por la cantidad de $9\u2019192,711.51 (NUEVE MILLONES CIENTO NOVENTA Y DOS MIL SETECIENTOS ONCE PESOS 51\/100 M.N.).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam. 16.- Que contiene la Ley Estatal de Est\u00edmulos Fiscales, para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2003.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam. 17.- Que contiene el Programa Financiero del Estado de Hidalgo, para el A\u00f1o 2003.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam. 20.- Que contiene la Ley Estatal del Procedimiento Administrativo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam. 21.- Que adiciona un p\u00e1rrafo segundo a
