Florencio Salazar Adame; la Procuradur\u00eda Agraria, representada por el Dr. Isa\u00edas Rivera Rodr\u00edguez en su calidad de Procurador Agrario; el Registro Agrario Nacional, representado por su Director Nacional de Estad\u00edstica, Geograf\u00eda e Inform\u00e1tica, representada por su Presidente, el Dr, Gilberto Calvillo Vives; y por la otra, el Estado de Hidalgo, representado por su Gobernador, el Lic. Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, en su car\u00e1cter de Gobernador Constitucional y el Lic. Jos\u00e9 Francisco Olvera Ru\u00edz, Secretario de Gobierno.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acuerdo Gubernamental.- Mediante el cual se otorga al C.
