Asentamientos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo, para llevar a cabo la transmisi\u00f3n del dominio pleno de las fracciones que se describen en el Considerando Tercero de este Decreto, mediante la daci\u00f3n en pago a favor de la persona moral denominada \u201cGrupo Constructor Tulancingo, S.A. de C.V.\u201d.<br \/>\nDecreto Gubernamental.- Mediante el cual se autoriza a la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n del Ejecutivo del Estado de Hidalgo, para que se transmita el dominio pleno de la fraccion de terreno descrita en el Considerando Tercero de este Decreto, mediante daci\u00f3n en pago, a favor de la persona moral denominada \u201cServicios Coordinados de Transporte Hidalgo, S.A. de C.V.\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Vista
