Rodr\u00edguez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 769, se indulta a los reos Jes\u00fas Ju\u00e1rez, Carmen Carmona, Francisco Ruiz, Juan Agust\u00edn, Jos\u00e9 Nicolas Mendiola, Benigno Diaz, Juan Agust\u00edn, Jos\u00e9 Nicolas Mendiola, y Felipe \u00c1ngeles Ram\u00edrez, de la pena Capital a que fueron condenados respectivamente, conmut\u00e1ndose esta en la de veinte a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, que se contar\u00e1n desde la fecha en que fueron declarados formalmente presos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pedro L. Rodr\u00edguez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 770, toda finca rustica en que se invierta un capital que no baje de quince por ciento de si valor fiscal, en construcci\u00f3n de presas, con el objeto de almacenar agua para riegos, pagar\u00e1 el impuesto predial respectivo sobre dicho valor, determinado con arreglo a la fracci\u00f3n I del articulo siguiente durante quince a\u00f1os, que se contar\u00e1n desde la fecha en que se lleve a efecto la determinaci\u00f3n del expresado valor.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pedro L. Rodr\u00edguez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 771, en sustituci\u00f3n de los impuestos creados por los decretos n\u00fameros 760 y 762, se establecen, para
