Don Luis Hern\u00e1ndez, se concede a su viuda la se\u00f1ora Irene Jim\u00e9nez de Hern\u00e1ndez, a las hijas de su primer matrimonio Josefina y aria de la Luz, y a los de segundo, Mar\u00eda del Carmen, Mar\u00eda del Rosario y Mar\u00eda Mercedes Hern\u00e1ndez, una pensi\u00f3n vitalicia de trecientos pesos mensuales, que percibir\u00e1n por partes iguales, bajo el concepto de que si alguna de ellas cambia de estado, dejar\u00e1 de percibir la parte que le corresponde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Vista
