XLIX Congreso Constitucional del Estado.<br \/>\nSe adiciona los siguientes Art\u00edculos: 168, 170, 184, 185, 188 Bis, 198 Bis, 219, 424 Bis.<br \/>\nSe reforman los siguientes Art\u00edculos: 52, 121, 122, 165, 166, 167, 169, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182 ,183, 186, 187, 188, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 246, 268, 269, 270, 424 y 426.<br \/>\nSe Derogan los siguientes Art\u00edculos: 171 y 189.<br \/>\n5-235.- Decreto No. 17, Ley de Amnist\u00eda a favor de todas aquellas personas a quienes se haya ejercitado acci\u00f3n en los Tribunales del Estado de Hidalgo.<br \/>\n5-183.- Decreto No. 18, La Junta General de Asistencia en el Estado como Instituci\u00f3n, formar\u00e1 parte del Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia Hidalgo, por Decreto 49 del H.
