underline;\"><strong>Sumario <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Hidalgo.- Acuerdo N\u00famero 006\/2020, se levanta parcialmente la suspensi\u00f3n de plazos y t\u00e9rminos establecida por la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado de Hidalgo, mediante acuerdo de fecha 23 de marzo del a\u00f1o 2020 y publicado en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado de Hidalgo el d\u00eda 25 del mismo mes y a\u00f1o, rehabilitando o reactivando los mismos, as\u00ed como las actividades del \u00d3rgano T\u00e9cnico a partir del d\u00eda 16 de junio del a\u00f1o 2020, solo para el debido cumplimiento de la funci\u00f3n de fiscalizaci\u00f3n superior a las Cuentas P\u00fablicas del ejercicio fiscal 2019, pudiendo en consecuencia imponerse o entablarse las acciones correspondientes conforme a la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n Superior y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del Estado de Hidalgo, en aquellos casos donde no se presente en tiempo y forma la informaci\u00f3n y documentaci\u00f3n necesaria para la funci\u00f3n fiscalizadora; siendo excepci\u00f3n a las anteriores medidas de actuaci\u00f3n la recepci\u00f3n de los Informes de Gesti\u00f3n Financiera correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2020 y la fiscalizaci\u00f3n de las cuentas p\u00fablicas anteriores que por cualquier motivo pudieran encontrarse en tr\u00e1mite ante la
