Lic. Jos\u00e9 Francisco Gil D\u00edaz y por la otra parte, el Gobierno del Estado de Hidalgo, al que en lo sucesivo de denominar\u00e1 el \u201cESTADO\u201d, representado por los CC. Lic. Miguel Angel Osorio Chong, Lic. Jos\u00e9 Francisco Olvera Ru\u00edz y L.C. Nuvia Magdalena Magorga Delgado, en su car\u00e1cter de Gobernador Constitucional, Secretario de Gobierno y Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas del Estado, respectivamente, relativo al mecanismo de ajuste de las diferencias que, en su caso, resulten entre los anticipos trimestrales a que hace referencia el Art\u00edculo 24 del Decreto de Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal de 2006 y el monto total contenido en la declaraci\u00f3n anual correspondiente al aprovechamiento sobre rendimientos excedentes previsto en el Art\u00edculo 7, fracci\u00f3n VII, de la Ley de Ingresos de la Federaci\u00f3n para el Ejercicio Fiscal de 2006 y al derecho a quehace referencia el Art\u00edculo 257 de la Ley Federal de Derechos.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Convocatoria No. IPFEH-1\/2006.- A las Entidades a las que se refiere el Art\u00edculo 2 de la Ley de Deuda P\u00fablica del Estado de Hidalgo, interesadas en acceder a financiamiento
