Se hace de su conocimiento que el pasado veintiuno de agosto del presente a\u00f1o, la Presidencia Municipal de Mineral de la Reforma y el Consejo Estatal de Ecolog\u00eda del Gobierno del Estado; celebr\u00f3 un Convenio Espec\u00edfico de Coordinaci\u00f3n para el Control Vehicular, consistente en ejecutar acciones para llevar a cabo de manera coordinada la detecci\u00f3n, sanci\u00f3n y retiro de veh\u00edculos automotores contaminantes en circulaci\u00f3n que emitan humo negro o azul o que no cuenten con la verificaci\u00f3n vehicular vigente, que sean de uso particular o del
