Ra\u00fal Ren\u00e1n S\u00e1nchez Parra, en su car\u00e1cter de Secretario General Municipal, celebren contrato de Donaci\u00f3n Condicionada, en favor de la Persona Moral de Derecho P\u00fablico denominada, \u201cLICONSA\u201d, SOCIEDAD AN\u00d3NIMA DE CAPITAL VARIABLE, para que pase a la propiedad de esta, la fracci\u00f3n del predio propiedad del Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo, que se describe en el considerando Octavo del presente Decreto, a la que corresponden las siguientes medidas y colindancias.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo.- Decreto 10\/2019, Con fundamento en lo establecido por los art\u00edculos 9 y 10 de la Ley de Hacienda para los Municipios del Estado de Hidalgo, 7 de la Ley de Ingresos para el Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo, correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2019, 9 fracci\u00f3n II, 22 fracci\u00f3n I y 57 fracci\u00f3n II del C\u00f3digo Fiscal Municipal para el Estado de Hidalgo, el Ayuntamiento de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo, autoriza al C. Presidente Municipal Constitucional Lic. Fernando P\u00e9rez Rodr\u00edguez, a emitir una resoluci\u00f3n administrativa en la que se otorgue un est\u00edmulo fiscal en favor de los contribuyentes obligados al pago del impuesto predial que tengan un adeudo mayor a dos ejercicios fiscales, consistente en descontar el 100% cien por ciento de los recargos de las contribuciones adeudadas, siempre que el pago se realice durante el periodo comprendido del 15 de noviembre al 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o 2019.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo. &#8211; Decreto 012\/2019, aprueba la
