Roberto F. Reyes Monzalvo, y por la otra parte, el Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo, representado por su Presidente Municipal Constitucional, El C. L.C. Ricardo Bravo Delgadillo; a quienes en lo sucesivo y para efectos del presente instrumento se les denominar\u00e1 \u201cEL CONSEJO\u201d y el \u201cMUNICIPIO\u201d respectivamente, quienes se sujetar\u00e1n al tenor de lo siguiente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acta de Cabildo del Municipio de Tezontepec, Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al P\u00fablico en General: Por este comunicado se hace del conocimiento a los propietarios y\/o conductores de veh\u00edculos automotores, que el d\u00eda treinta y uno de agosto del a\u00f1o en curso, el Consejo Estatal de Ecolog\u00eda y el Municipio de Tulancingo de Bravo, del Estado de Hidalgo, celebraron un \u201cCONVENIO ESPEC\u00cdFICO DE COORDINACI\u00d3N\u201d para el control vehicular, consistente en ejecutar acciones para que de manera coordinada se realice la detecci\u00f3n, sanci\u00f3n y retiro de la circulaci\u00f3n, a los veh\u00edculos automotores que emitan contaminantes (humo negro o azul) y\/o que no cuenten con la verificaci\u00f3n vehicular vigente, sean del servicio p\u00fablico o de uso particular, matriculados en el Estado de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span
