la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Estado; Ley de Seguridad P\u00fablica para el Estado de Hidalgo; C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos Penales para el Estado de Hidalgo y Ley Org\u00e1nica del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam. 24.- Que reforma la fracci\u00f3n II del Art\u00edculo 80 de la Ley de Responsabilidades de los Servidores P\u00fablicos para el Estado de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto N\u00fam 25.- Que autoriza a la Comisi\u00f3n de Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento del Municipio de Huichapan, Hidalgo, Organismo P\u00fablico Descentralizado de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal (CAPOSA) para contratar una l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9dito hasta por $4\u00b4000,000.00 (CUATRO MILLONES DE PESOS 00\/100 MONEDA NACIONAL), m\u00e1s sus accesorios financieros, con el Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, S.N.C, Instituci\u00f3n de Banca de Desarrollo; al Municipio de Huichapan, Hidalgo a constituirse en deudor solidario del mencionado Organismo y a constituir como garant\u00eda y fuente de pago alterna de las obligaciones asumidas por el referido Organismo, la afectaci\u00f3n de Participaciones Federales que le correspondan y al Poder Ejecutivo del Gobierno del Estado de Hidalgo a constituirse como aval del Municipio de Huichapan, Hidalgo por los conceptos y monto se\u00f1alados.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Decreto Gubernamental.- Mediante el cual se autoriza al Secretario de Administraci\u00f3n del Ejecutivo del Estado, para donar gratuitamente a favor de la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica del Valle del Mezquital, los bienes que se mencionan en el Considerando Tercero del presente Decreto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reglamento de la Ley Sobre el uso de los Medios Electr\u00f3nicos y Firma Electr\u00f3nica Avanzada para el Estado de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acuerdo mediante el cual se crea el Organismo Descentralizado de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica Municipal que se denominar\u00e1: \u201cParque Acu\u00e1tico El Sue\u00f1o, de Tezontepec de Aldama,
