Lic. Ricardo Sodi, Magistrado 3\u00b0 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">DECRETO NUMERO 90.-Se aprueba en todas sus partes el contrato celebrado entre el C. Coronel Matias Rodriguez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado, y los Se\u00f1ores M. H. Kuryla, Director de la Cia, Real del Monte y Pachuca, S.A. y C.A.
