GOBERNADOR A LOS CC. REPRESENTANTES DE LA H. XXIX LEGISLATURA LOCAL.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">INTERESANTE AL PUBLICO.-Con fecha 3 de febrero de 1927, el Gobierno giro a los administradores de Rentas del Estado la Circular n\u00famero 7, que a la letra dice: &#8220;La parte final del art\u00edculo 233 del Decreto n\u00famero 867 reformatorio de la Ley 523 prohibe a los Exactores recibir dep\u00f3sitos en cuenta de contribuciones, como apesar de esa Disposici\u00f3n algunos Administradores y Recaudadores de Rentas conservan cantidades depositadas sin que el Gobierno tenga el menos conocimiento de ello.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2499.-NOTICIA, del movimiento de expedientes habido en la Procuraduria de Justicia del Estado, durante el mes de febrero de 1928.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2607.-Sr. Jos\u00e9 Uribe Albacea de la Testamentaria Arcadio Uribe, Propietaria de la Hacienda &#8220;El Destello&#8221;, Por el presente esta Delegaci\u00f3n de mi cargo se permite manifestar que apartir de esta fecha y conforme lo estipula el Art\u00edculo 28 del Reglamento Agrario, dispone Ud. del plazo improrrogable de treinta dias para presentar ante la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Agraria, los alegatos y pruebas que estime pertinentes en defensa de la finca &#8220;El Destello&#8221;, por resultar esta probablemente afectada con la dotaci\u00f3n de ejidos que en definitiva se conceda a los vecinos del pueblo de NOPALA DE VILLAGRAN.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2175.-Solicitud de dotaci\u00f3n de tierras para los vecinos del pueblo de Santa
