underline;\"><strong>Sumario <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">ACUERDO.-Habiendose concluido por diversos lugares del Estado varias mejoras materiales y estando por terminarse otras, por como siempre con el afan de continuar en la misma politica administrativa que se ha venido desarrollando en lo que concierne al adelanto material, este gobierno ha examinado la Region del Municipio de Huichapan y como en el ha notado la falta de algunos elementos vitales entre ellos el de irrigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">9179.-CIRCULAR NUMERO 296.-&#8220;Con el fin de dar cumplimiento a los acuerdos tomados por la Convenci\u00f3n Nacional Fiscal de 1925, esta Secretaria, para llevar acabo determinados estudios, necesita hacer la concentraci\u00f3n de los ingresos obtenidos en la Rep\u00fablica por concepto de impuestos y demas contribuciones aprobadas por las Leyes fiscales correspondientes a cada Municipio y con las noticias mensuales que sobre el particular han remitido algunos Municipios de este Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">9179.-&#8220;Con ocasi\u00f3n de que el Encargado del Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad de San Juan Evangelista Veracruz, ha sido separado de su puesto por el Gobierno de aquel Estado, ha causa de haber inscrito una escritura de compraventa de un predio a favor de un extranjero, sin obtener antes el permiso correspondiente de la Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores, suplico a usted a solicitud de la misma se sirva hacer saber dicha resoluci\u00f3n a los Encargados del Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad de esta Entidad Federativa, para que se abstengan de registrar escrituras que que adolezcan del defecto de la mencionada.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">9188.-NOTICIA del movimiento de expedientes habido en la Procuraduria de Justicia del Estado, durante el mes de agosto de 1928.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">9105.-Solicitud de justify;\">9020.-ACADEMIA NACIONAL DE MEDICINA, CONVOCATORIA ANUAL PARA EL CONCURSO DE 1928.-De conformidad con lo prescrito por el art\u00edculo 44 del reglamento de la Academia Nacional de Medicina,
