Congreso del Estado el 28 de noviembre del a\u00f1o proximo pasado, reglamentario del articulo 123 de la Constituci\u00f3n General de la Republica, preceptua que si los patrones y trabajadores no designaren sus representantes dentro de los tres dias siguientes a la fecha en que hubiere principiado sus respectivas convenciones sus representantes seran nombrados por el C. Gobernador del Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1954.-Hago constar el contrato que celebran ante mi de una parte el se\u00f1or Coronel Matias Rodriguez en uso de sus funciones como Gobernador Constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo debidamente autorizado por Decreto n\u00famero cincunta y cuatro de fecha veintiuno de julio proximo pasado. expedido por las Legislatura del Estado con fecha diecinueve del mismo y de la otra parte los se\u00f1ores ingenieros don Teodoro Brandemburg y Don Manuel G. Requena, por su propio derecho sobre concesi\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n de un ferrocarril que partira de la poblaci\u00f3n de Real del Monte y terminara en la Metztitlan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2034.-A los Se\u00f1ores Ingeniero Manuel Franco Urias, Ra\u00fal Garc\u00eda Bravo y Roberto Garc\u00eda, propietarios de unas fracciones de la finca denominada &#8220;DEVODE&#8221; a quien legalmente representan sus intereses, para que en union de los demas propietarios probablemente efectados con la dotaci\u00f3n nombren Representante del Censo agropecuario del pueblo de &#8220;CAPULA&#8221;. Municipio y Distrito de Ixmiquilpan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1892.-VISTO para la resoluci\u00f3n el expediente numero 62 seguido por la dotaci\u00f3n de ejidos por la comisi\u00f3n Local Agraria de la Rancheria de PEDREGOSO, Municipio y Distrito de Huichapan de esta Entidad Federativa.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1818.-VISTO en revisi\u00f3n el expediente iniciado por restituci\u00f3n de ejidos y resuelto por dotaci\u00f3n promovido por los vecinos del Pueblo de CHAPANTONGO Municipio del mismo nombre, Estado de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1815.-VISTO en revisi\u00f3n el expediente formado con motivo de la dotaci\u00f3n de ejidos promovida por la rancheria de LA MESILLA, Municipalidad de Tecozautla Estado de
