Requena para la construcci\u00f3n y explotaci\u00f3n de un ferrocarril de tracci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica que partira de la poblaci\u00f3n del Mineral del Monte y terminara en la de Metztitlan.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">CIRCULAR NUMERO 205.-&#8220;Habiendose resuelto Clero Catolico Romano reanudar proximamente servicios cultos con sujeci\u00f3n Leyes Vigentes segun acuerdo celebrado con el C.
