Mexicanos, decreto por el que se reforma el art\u00edculo 9 del reglamento interior del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto numero 182, durante el ejercicio del presupuesto de egresos de 1874, se descontar\u00e1 a los funcionarios y empleados del Estado, el 4 por 100 de sus dotaciones<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 183, se autoriza al ejecutivo del Estado, para que con cargo a la partida de los presupuestos de egresos, destinada a gastos extraordinarios que decret\u00f3 el congreso, pueda erogar por tiempo necesario, hasta la suma de trescientos cincuenta pesos mensuales, en sueldos y gastos de la comisi\u00f3n que se encarga de ejecutar el decreto numero 58 de 18 e mayo de 1870, y arreglar los limites entre el Estado de M\u00e9xico y el de Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto numero 184, se faculta al ejecutivo del Estado para que ponga en vigor el c\u00f3digo penal del distrito federal, con las reformas que cn ello la comisi\u00f3n nombrada por el congreso para adoptarlo al Estado, y las que el mismo ejecutivo tuviere convenientes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 186, se declaran amparadas para el efecto de que no puedan ser denunciadas por falta de trabajo o reposici\u00f3n, las negociaciones mineras.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 191, se reforma el articulo 30 de la Ley numero 131 de 27 de septiembre de 1871.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 194, se faculta al ejecutivo del Estado para que contrate la construcci\u00f3n de tramo de la via f\u00e9rrea que debe unir a esta ciudad, con alg\u00fan punto de la l\u00ednea de M\u00e9xico a Veracruz, procurando las mayores ventajas para el Estado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
