87, del presupuesto de egresos vigente; y otro por la de dos mil pesos, a la partida numero 90 del mismo presupuesto.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 225, por el que los contribuyentes tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de enterar en las oficinas recaudadoras que se les designen, las cuotas que se hubieren se\u00f1alado en el presupuesto de ingresos del Estado.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Justino Fern\u00e1ndez, Gobernador constitucional del Estado de Hidalgo, decreto n\u00famero 226, por el que desde la fecha de la sanci\u00f3n de la ley numero 131, expedida por esta legislatura en 27 de septiembre de 1871, han dejado de estar vigentes en el Estado de hidalgo, las leyes n\u00fameros 85 y 18 del antiguo de M\u00e9xico, de 15 de octubre de 1852 y 13 de abril de 1868, que exceptuaban del pago del impuesto predial a las fincas de nueva
